Immunohistochemical Technique
وذلك في الفترة من : 29 يوليو 2015م حتى 30 يوليو 2015
قيمة الاشتراك:
850ج لأعضاء هيئة التدريس والعاملين بالجامعات المصرية الحكومية
1000 جم للجامعات الخاصة ولمن هم خارج الجامعات المصرية الحكومية
وتسدد قيمة الاشتراك إما نقدأ بمقر المركز أو بشيك بإسم: "مركز التكنولوجيا الطبية للأبحاث والخدمات" على أن يسلم الشيك في موعد أقصاه يوم حضور الدورة علماً بأن العدد محدود ولا يقبل حضور الدورة التدريبة بدون شيكات.
بالإضافة إلى أن المركز به مقر سكني مجهز بكافة الإمكانيات للعمل على راحة المتدربين من خارج مدينة الإسكندرية

البرنامج العام للدورة التدريبية :
Objectives :
Immunohistochemistry (IHC) is an extremely important research technique for identifying cellular or specific tissue component that acts as antigen in a tissue section, based on its binding to labeled antibody using light,fluorescent and electron microscope. The course aims to know and recognize basic knowledge of IHC and its need in tumor biology science use the available tools with available mono and poly colonel anti-bodies to detect on the paraffin and frozen sections.
About The Workshop:
By the end of this course, students should be able to:-
- Prepare buffer and select the universal kits.
- Detect mono and poly colonel anti-bodies on the paraffin and frozen section
- Determine the flow cytometry technique
- Define quality standards of the practice with fundamentals of ethics and legal.
- Interpret different immunostaining results under the light and fluorescent microscopes.

- Introduction & Definition of histochemistry and immunohistochemistry
- Application of immunohistochemistry.
• Tissue preparation (fixation, paraffin sectioning and staining).
• Histochemistry staining of enzyme on frozen section.
• Immunohistochemical staining of different tumor markers by light and fluorescence microscopy.
