Monitoring Methods for Diagnosis of Parasites from Stool Examination to Molecular Levels
وذلك في الفترة منلا28 أبريل 2015 حتى 30 أبريل 2015
قيمة الاشتراك:
850ج لأعضاء هيئة التدريس والعاملين بالجامعات المصرية الحكومية
1000 جم للجامعات الخاصة ولمن هم خارج الجامعات المصرية الحكومية
وتسدد قيمة الاشتراك إما نقدأ بمقر المركز أو بشيك بإسم: "مركز التكنولوجيا الطبية للأبحاث والخدمات" على أن يسلم الشيك في موعد أقصاه يوم حضور ورشة العمل علماً بأن العدد محدود ولا يقبل حضور الدورة التدريبة بدون شيكات.

البرنامج العام للدورة التدريبية :
objectives :
At the conclusion of this program, the partcipants will be able to:
1- Recognize the usefulness and limitations of different methods in diagnostic parasitology.
2- Identify specimen preservatives and DNA extraction techniques suitable for diagnostic parasitology.
3- Select algorithms for using molecular techniques in the parasitology laboratory for investigating and diagnosing parasitic disesease.
4- Perform real-time PCR techniques for detection of parasitic disease agents.
5- Understand the importance of quality control measures and how to use these measures when troubleshooting unexpected PCR results
Topics:
1- Lab Safety.
2- Traditionally, light microscopy based on concentration methods for stool samples and special stainig techniques for stainig techniques for identification of these parasites.
3- Such as modified Ziehl-Neelsen (Z-N) stain (using 10% H2So4), Kinyoun's acid fast stain (cold method), and Safranin methylene blue.
4- Available immunoassayes newss (Serological newss)
