- التدريب على السونار ثلاثى الابعاد ورباعى الابعاد والدوبلر الملون
- التدريب على الفحص التفصيلى لجسد الجنين وتشخيص الامراض المختلفة التى يمكن ان يصاب بها الجنين
و سيكون التدريب على يد خبراء طب الجنين فى مصر . وفريق عمل من الاساتذة فى طب القصر العينى

Fetal medicine course

Course objectives:
The course is a combination of theorietical knowledge and hands on training, designed for those specializing in obstetrics and gynecology and those with a more general clinical interest who want to be updated on developments in this field.
We aim to build on existing sub-specialization programs and raise training standards nationally.
After attending this course,the participant should be able to:
. understand physics and basic principles of ultrasound.
. Describe the capabilities and limitations of u/s in obstetrics and gynecology.
.Recognize the acoustic representation of normal anatomy of the fetus and the female pelvis.
.Perform basic u/s scanning in the first trimester.
.Perform accurate pregnancy dating .
.Perform basic u/s scanning of nonpregnant female pelvis.
.Perform second trimester scanning.

Course design
. The lectures include top quality multimedia tools for training including videos ,pictures and diagrams illustrating the anatomy,anomalies and their appearance on u/s and gross pathological examination.
.The candidates will be divided into groups with an allocated trainer for each group eho will be in charge of one to one hands on training.
.The candidates will go through a post course evaluation to news their progress following the course.

Basic course
First day:
.Registration&welcome note.
.Ultrasound in early pregnancy.
.Biophysical profile.
.Ultrasound features in menstrual cycle.
. live demo,lunch,hands on training.
.Anomalies seen at pelvis scan.
.Transvaginal sonography in gynecology.

SECOND DAY:
.SECOND trimester screening.
.Fetal biometry.
.placenta and amniotic fluid
.cervical assessment.
.Live demo,lunch,hands on training.

Third day:
.Live demo,hands on training and open discussion.

Advanced course
First day:
.Registration&welcome note.
.CNS anomalies 1 .
.CNS anomalies 2.
. Face Anomalies
.chest anomalies
.live demo,lunch,hands on training.
.Skeletal anomalies.
.3D in obstetrics.

SECOND day:
.First trimester screening.
.Physics of Doppler&Doppler in obst.
.Multiple pregnancy.
.live demo,lunch,hands on training.
.RenL anomalies.
.3D in gynecology.

Third day:
.Adnexal masses.
.Normal fetal echocardiography.
.Abnormal echocardiography.
.Doppler in gynecology.
.live demo,lunch,hands on training.
.GIT&abdominal wall anomalis.
.Interventional ultrasound.
.Fetal therapy.
